In a very emotional and joyous event held at Hrazdan center, in presence of scores of Hrazdan members and guests, Mr. Machanents and Mr. Gorgen Sarian signed certificates of agreement and exchanged same to officially become Sister Organizations to cooperate in future cultural and humanitarian endeavors.
