Dear Friend,
Since 1987, Cross of Armenian Unity NGO has aimed to promote an active civic position, courtesy and knowledge, the formation of patriotic, national, and human values, and the improvement of the social conditions of citizens in Ejmiatsin and surrounding villages and in Jambarak frontier region, paying particular attention to vulnerable groups.
CAU has always prioritized the development of education and culture to the younger generation. The Cross of Armenian Unity art school has existed since its founding in 1991 and has provided extracurricular education and and professional skills development in Ejmiatsin and its surrounding communities for more than 5,000 vulnerable children, including the disabled, orphans, and the needy. Many graduates of our school have been greatly successful in various areas using the skills and experiences gained from the center.
Here, in a loving and warm environment, children can be creative and have fun, meanwhile developing skills that will help them to choose their professions and move into their futures. We create conditions conducive to individuality and each child’s unique tastes, vision, and creative development. CAU offers classes in painting, pottery, national cuisine, carpet and rug making, choir and vocal classes, interactive games and activities, master classes, and hosts various cultural events. We respect everyone’s individuality and originality and encourage each child’s self-expression. We believe that we must begin now to promote national and universal values and form an educated and informed society so as to improve our welfare and ensure a bright future for ourselves. We believe that there will come a day when the sun will rise from the same horizon for all Armenians.

| ABOUT THE PROJECT | ||||
We adopted the “donor’s map” sponsorship program, where you can sponsor one or more days a year, to assist in school activities and sustainable development. In this way, anyone can contribute to the prosperity of the country and bring smiles to the 200 pupils in the school. Sponsorship is $100 USD for one day, on which your name and the names of the donors of the other grades will be marked on our calendar and announced to all of the grades. Sponsorships last one year, after which they may be continued with a new payment.
You can participate to our cause, giving smiles and changing lives, by making a donation. Every investment is invaluable to the support of our mission.
